SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the text messaging program operated by Martens Radon, a business operated by HousePrep LLC ("Martens Radon," "we," "us," or "our"). They apply only to text messages sent and received through our business phone number.
The program
Martens Radon sends one-to-one text messages to people who have contacted us first, by calling or texting our business number, or by submitting their phone number through the contact form at martensradon.com. We do not send bulk, marketing, or promotional text messages. Every message is a direct reply tied to your inquiry about radon testing or mitigation.
How you opt in
You opt in by calling or texting 847-971-9308, or by entering your phone number in our website contact form. When we miss your call, we reply with a single text asking how we can help. Submitting your number through either path is your consent to receive messages from us related to that contact.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Most inquiries involve a small number of messages while we schedule or follow up on a job.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from us. You may receive one final message confirming the opt-out.

No third-party sharing
Mobile information collected through this text messaging program is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, under any circumstance. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
