Colorado is known for having some of the highest radon levels in the country due to our unique geology. The uranium-rich granite in the Rocky Mountains creates naturally elevated radon levels, especially in foothill communities.

Do you serve mountain and foothill communities?
Yes. Martens Radon is based in Golden, right at the edge of the foothills, and we regularly work in Evergreen, Conifer, and the communities along the Highway 285 corridor. Foothill homes tend to see higher radon because of the local geology, so mitigation there is common.

How do I know if my home has a radon problem?
The only way to know is to test, since radon is invisible and has no smell.
