Three things set the cost of a radon system, and none of them show up in an online quote tool. The first is your foundation. A slab or basement home takes a straightforward sub-slab system; a crawlspace has to be sealed off with a vapor barrier and encapsulated before a fan can pull radon out from underneath, which is more material and more labor. The second is layout, specifically where the pipe can run. A clean interior route to the roofline is different work than an exterior run with color-matched downspout transitions, and the path affects both the price and how the finished system looks. The third is your electrical setup, since the fan needs power wired in safely.

This is a complete sub-slab depressurization system built from scratch: a fan continuously draws radon from beneath the slab and vents it above the roofline before it reaches your living space. You choose interior or exterior pipe routing, the fan is sized for your home's vacuum, airflow, and noise, and where the pipe meets your gutter, a custom 3D-printed downspout transition with a water bypass is color-matched to the closest standard color. The workmanship is covered for the life of the system.

A crawlspace system is the most involved of the three. Before depressurization can work, the crawlspace is encapsulated and a vapor barrier is installed to seal the earth off from the house, then a sub-membrane system pulls radon out from under that barrier. Price depends on the size of the crawlspace and how easy it is to access. Whichever system your home needs, most homes we mitigate drop below 2.0 pCi/L, well under the EPA action level of 4.0, and a follow-up radon test is available if you want your new level confirmed.
